Your information

Research starts with trust.

Here’s what these forms collect and how that information is used.

When you join a study

We save your name, email address, dental practice name, role, city, province or state, and phone number if you choose to provide one, together with the registration time and your consent. We use these details to match you with relevant research and contact you with study invitations. Registering your interest is voluntary and does not commit you to a study.

When you request a demo

We save your name, work email, company, role, team size and any message you provide, together with your consent and the time of submission. Molarlane uses these details to respond to your request and discuss relevant research services.

Vendor introductions are a separate choice

Joining the research list does not give permission to share your contact details with software companies. A vendor introduction requires a separate, explicit opt-in.

Keep patient information private

Please do not include patient information, clinical records, passwords or other sensitive data in any form or research response.

Your choices

You can decline any study invitation. To stop future invitations or request removal of your registration, reply to a study invitation from the Molarlane team. Each study will explain its own participation and reward details before you decide to take part.
