Who can participate?
Dentists, hygienists, office managers and front-desk staff can register their interest. Each study may have its own eligibility criteria based on the tools you use and your role.
What does a study involve?
Studies include surveys and structured phone interviews about the software you use at work. An average interview takes around 15 minutes. Your invitation will explain the format and time commitment before you decide to participate.
How does the gift card work?
Qualifying participants receive a gift card for completing a study. The invitation will specify the reward, completion requirements and delivery details before you take part.
Will software companies contact me?
Registering for a study does not opt you into vendor introductions. Your contact details are shared with a software company only if you separately choose to be introduced.
Should I share patient information?
No. Our research is about your experience with software. Please do not submit patient names, clinical records or other sensitive patient information.
